The “Ultimate Interview Success Toolkit” is exactly how YOU can make this happen.
This can be used time and time again when you go for job after job, because let’s face it, you’ve got your whole career ahead of you.
The Ultimate Interview Success Toolkit can be used in 3 different ways:
1. It can get you that Interview
It includes the “What I can offer your company from day 1” document which will get you to the interview stage, and I will show you how to fill in and use this. Such a simple strategy which takes no extra time but could make all the difference in getting you “asked” to interview!
2. It can be used DURING the Interview
Yes, this document(s) will show the interviewers that you are a serious candidate and you’re prepared well for the role. It’s also a great way to be remembered; we don’t want them thinking a week later who was he/she again? We want them to remember you due to the impact you had at the interview, and this will be through the preparation. I’ll even show you the way to make sure you can mention this document at your interview; there will be no excuses saying there was just no opportunity – there is – trust me!
3. It can also be used once you get the job (because please remember you are still a question mark; they are still secretly thinking have we picked the “RIGHT” person!)
This is why the 30-day plan document is so cool, and even if you don’t manage to use it during the interview, you will definitely be able to use it once you get hired. You see, you still need to showcase to your hiring manager that they made the “right hire”. To do this, you need to communicate regularly and, in some senses, show them that you can manage yourself. You do this from day 1 by understanding the role and then putting together a document which says that from the discussions we have had so far, this is how I see my role, and I’ve put together a 30 or even 60-day plan for us to discuss further! Trust me, they will have no doubt whatsoever that they made the right hire when you do this!
This document has been created in Microsoft Word, so it is easy to amend, and you can change it from a 30-day plan to 60-day plan or even a 90-day plan by simply removing the 3 and adding 6 or 9! Again, it also comes with an example template to give you an idea of what to say.
